Nine people are under investigation for the assassination of Aleksandër Laho, known as 'Rrumit t Shijak', in 2019, where the driver, Andi Maloku, was killed.

As part of an operation coordinated with SPAK and BKH, five people were arrested, while 4 others were declared wanted.

The coded police operation "Conspiracy" is finalized, for the disclosure and documentation with legal evidence of a serious criminal event that occurred in 2019.

The operation took place in Tirana, Durrës and Fushë Krujë.  

The operation, from the Investigative Directorate in the Criminal Police Department in the DPPSH, in cooperation with the Directorate of the Special Operational Force, FNSH and the Renea Special Department, under the coordination of SPAK. 

"Arrest in prison" security measures are implemented for 5 citizens. 4 more citizens are wanted. 

1 shotgun, 1 bulletproof vest, 2 life jackets, long-range binoculars, 5 vehicles, 4 million ALL, 6 mobile devices, 50 property sales and purchase contracts, documents, 11 expensive brand watches and other items were seized. different.  


Gjatë këtij operacioni, u zhvilluan kontrolle në 11 banesa, në Tiranë, Durrës dhe Fushë Krujë. Në vijim të hetimeve të thelluara për zbardhjen dhe dokumentimin e plotë ligjor të një ngjarjeje të rëndë kriminale, të ndodhur në datën 1 nëntor 2019, në Shkozet, Durrës, bazuar në provat e siguruara, Drejtoria Hetimore në Departamentin e Policisë Kriminale në DPPSH, në bashkëpunim me Drejtorinë e Forcës së Posaçme Operacionale, FNSH dhe Repartin Special Renea, ka organizuar dhe zhvilluar operacionin policor të koduar “Komploti“. 

Gjatë këtij operacioni janë ekezkutuar masat e sigurisë “Arrest në burg”, të caktuara nga Gjykata e Posaçme kundër Korrupsionit dhe Krimit të Organizuar, për shtetasit:

B. H., 54 vjeç, M. D., 38 vjeç dhe G. N. alias K. N., 40 vjeç, të tre banues në Durrës;

E. S., 29 vjeç dhe J. P., 45 vjeç, të dy banues në Tiranë. 

Also, 4 other citizens, suspected of being collaborators with the 5 arrested citizens, have been declared wanted. The work for their capture continues.  

The procedural materials were passed to SPAK, for further actions, for the criminal offenses "Murder of public officials", remaining in the attempt (for the citizen AN), "Murder in other qualifying circumstances" (resulting in the death of the citizen AM and remaining in attempts against the AL citizen), "Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder", "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and "Theft", more than once, committed in cooperation , in the form of a structured criminal group.
