On Thursday morning, SPAK, RENEA and BKH officers carried out the control of several apartments in the area of ​​Rinas, Nikla and Kruja, with the hope of locating and then arresting Ramazan Rraja, but without success.

Akil Nerjaku is not an unknown name for the police. He was arrested a few years ago for carrying weapons without a permit and was later released by the court. Rraja is also a well-known character to the police. His name has been constantly slandered by the media.

As of yesterday, it was learned that SPAK is continuing with house inspections and the detention of persons suspected of participating in criminal activity.

Akil Nerjaku ka qenë shënjestër e një atentati me snajper që dështoi në zonën e plazhit në Durrës, në shtator të vitit të kaluar.

Në atë kohë Nerjaku ka qenë duke lëvizur në këtë zonë në momentin kur ka ndodhur ngjarja, ku autorët kanë qëlluar me snajper nga brenda një furgoni sapo ai ka dalë nga automjeti i blinduar G-Class. Plumbi nuk ka e kapur shënjestrën, por ka përfunduar në një automjet që ndodhej i parkuar, me targa të huaja.

Kujt iu faturua atentati?

Rivalëve të Aleksandër Lahos alias Pëllumb Muharremi, i njohur dhe si Rrumi i Shijakut.  Megjithëse i njohur për forcat e rendit si person me precedentë penalë, Akil (Gentjan) Nerjaku, rezulton i arrestuar vetëm njëherë për armëmbajtje pa leje, por njihej si aleat i ngushtë i Rrumit.

Ai është prangosur nga Policia e Durrësit më 3 tetor të vitit 2017 në kuadër të një operacioni në atë kohë për goditjen e elementëve kriminalë.

“Arrestimi i tyre u bë pasi gjatë kontrollit të ushtruar në mjetin tip ‘Porche’, që drejtohej nga Marjel Fierza, u gjetën dhe sekuestruan, 2 armë zjarri pistoletë tip ‘Beretta’, automjeti që ata udhëtonin dhe 6 telefona celularë”, sqaronte Policia.

Fierza, a person with a criminal record, is also known as a friend of Lul Berisha. He has been identified as part of the Durrës gang, while he escaped two assassination attempts with firearms in 2010 and 2012. He stated at that time that at the moment they were handcuffed, he went to the police station to hand over the weapon he had found in a water deposit.

"I found the pistol at the water tanks where I was drinking coffee with Gentian. I was headed to the police station to hand him over", he declared before the Court.

While Nerjaku declared that the weapon he possessed was licensed. After the verifications, it turned out that the pistol-type firearm was licensed, but it had to be kept in the premises of Nerjak's apartment and not outside it. At that time, the Court of Durrës granted the security measure "Compulsion to appear" for Nerjak.
