Arrested in Durrës by order of SPAK Akil Nerjaku. Akil Nerjaku was the target of the assassination attempt that took place in Durrës on September 12, 2022.

The attack on him took place in the Beach area, where Nerjaku was shot while driving a "Benz G class" vehicle, but escaped the bullets.

It is suspected that he was shot by a sniper. Nerjaku was arrested for carrying weapons without a permit several years ago and was later released by the Court.
