Irfan Azizi, close friend of Talo Çelës and Dorian Shkoza, survived the November 29, 2020, assassination attempt in Poshnjë, Berat, thanks only to the automatic lockup he used that night, Talo Key's soldier, Altin Kamami.

Talo Çela had been going to the Area of Berat for two weeks, with the aim of locating and killing his friend, Irfan Azizi, after Talos had been raised suspicions that he was cooperating with Nuredin Duman's opposing group, sheltering and securing murder machines.

Talos, was darkened by logic, as on September 17, 2020, Nuredin Duman's group killed his brother Bujar Cela. A person who, apart from his blood connection to Talo Çela, had no other common connection to the criminal underworld that Talo represented.

But despite this, Talo Cela, convinced that his friend had crossed over to the other side, decided to kill him. Despite being wanted by the police, Talo went almost daily to Berat, to find and kill Irfan Hazizi.

The group had secured several stolen license plates in the Area of Librazhd, for which Talo sent Maksim Koçi, otherwise known as "Gagaçi".

Meanwhile, at noon on 29th of August 2020 Talo Çela talks with Maxim Koci, telling them to get ready to go to Berat.

Even on the evening of November 29, 2020, when he found him in the premises of a fuel in Poshnje, Altin Kamami, shot him with a machine gun as Irfan Hazizi was heading towards Talo's car, to greet him and meet him, as he had managed to meet his old friend who was at the wheel of the car from which he was shot.

Altin Kamami, he pulled out the tin and from inside the car opened fire. The gun could have fired only a single bullet and then blocked without any further bullets.

Haziz, at this moment, took a bullet in his hand and because the automatic was blocked, he could run away from the fuel and pass through some crop land nearby.

Although Talo Çela had armed Altin Kamam and Maxim Koci in the car, these two people still could not function their kallash, as the target quickly escaped from their eyes.

A day after the event on November 30, 2020 Talo Çela talks with Maxim Koçi, saying that you us up after Koçi and Altin Kamami, because these two could not finish even though Talo Çela, has put it on his "plate", Irfan Azizin.

For the remaining attempted murder of Irfan Haziz, the Berat prosecution could identify at the time through Irfan's testimony, only Talo Çela, whom he declared in search and then the file against him, passed him to the district court for trial.

Meanwhile, SPAK, through communications in the app "SKY" has identified the role of some persons who participated in this crime, which led to the departure from Albania towards England of Irfan Haziz.

According to the SPAK file, in the role of financier of this event are two brothers Franc and Hajdar Çopja, while Michael Kamami has the role of the commissionor and organizer of the murder.

While Talo Çela, he played the role of the driver of the vehicle used in the event. Two of the participants were Maxim Koci and Guri Biba.

The event was attended by Guri Biba, as informer on the location of the apartment, fuel and other details.
