The businessman Eduard Reçi was killed around 11:00 pm yesterday evening under the building where he lived, in front of the Faculty of History and Philology.
The 52-year-old, originally from Dibra, received a single bullet that penetrated his head and died at the Trauma hospital at around 4 o'clock in the morning.
The police still do not have a clue as to the motive for the murder of the 52-year-old.
Journalist Anila Hoxha told exclusively for the show "Breaking" by Fiori Dardha on Top News that the businessman filed a lawsuit a while ago for a person with whom he had a conflict.
" The businessman had filed a report due to conflicts in the neighborhood with another citizen, whom he accused of self-judgment, but the prosecutor's office, after carrying out the investigative actions, came to the conclusion that the case should not have been started, so it did not file any charges against the persons others.
This is one of the most recent findings of the prosecutor's office in Tirana, which has registered the case as premeditated murder, but there is no concrete lead for this assassination carried out near the apartment of the 52-year-old" , said Hoxha.
The journalist says that " other testimonies were also administered. The first is his son who said that there was no conflict and no concern. What is known, according to the testimony of family members, is that he was at home, but went out because he was going to communicate to repair a vehicle. The seized camera shows the moment when the 52-year-old falls to the ground. There is still no concrete information about the author or authors. How did they commit the crime, at what distance was it committed, or the type of weapon ".
