The Special Court remanded 25-year-old Admir Tutaj, who was extradited a few days ago from Colombia to our country, in indefinite prison terms.

The black squads reconfirmed the security measure assigned in his absence.

In the court session that took place behind closed doors, Tutaj did not speak for long, but the judge confirmed the measure requested by the prosecutor of the case.

According to the Special Prosecution, Tutaj was part of the criminal group that tried to traffic firearms to the United Kingdom.

Another 5 people have been identified as part of the group, who provided pistols, erased their serial numbers and then, through specialists in the carpentry field in the suburbs of Tirana, hid them in wooden products, mainly tables.

These were then sent with the weapons inside by a transport company from Albania to the United Kingdom.

In Albania, a base used by them was also found in Tropoja, where 25 weapons, 24 pistols and 1 Kalashnikov were found.
