The massacre that took place in the center of the former Block on October 4, 2018, brought an open clash between the group led by Ervis Martinaj and Ervin Matës, known in Tirana with the nickname "Boli".

This event created a new faction of conflicts for Ervis Martinaj, who lost his close friend Fabian Gaxha in the block collision, was himself injured and his cousin, Eljo Hato, was shot with three bullets.

Even more, this event completely exposed Ervis Martinaj to the public, lowering his reputation, since he suffered a heavy loss from this conflict, where apart from killing Gaxha and injuring Hato, he seriously risked being killed himself.

But although after the event, the parties seem to have clarified in order to end the investigative and judicial conflict that the prosecution and the police had launched against them, both sides still faced an armed counterattack to hit each other.

The plans were to throw away millions of euros, since on October 31, 2020, Behar Bajri talks to Ervis Martinaj, telling the latter that a plan for his physical elimination is being implemented by Ervin Mata.

According to the messages written in the "Sky" application, Behari warns Martinaj that for his head and Eldi Dizdar, another cocaine trafficker involved in the incident of the former block in Tirana, Mata had offered a full 5 million euros.

But the businessman Ervsi Martinaj, who at that time had moved from Tirana to live in Patok, wrote to Behar Bajri at all, telling him that: "...he doesn't have lice..." - Ironically implying that Ervin Mata did not have the financial means to make it available to others, with the intention of killing Martinaj or even Eldi Dizdar.

Between the many lines of messages, Behari tells him that: "...they are telling me that he paid a million euros for you and for Dizdar, Ervin Mata. The one who was here today told me. For you and for Dizdar, 5 million euros...".

And Ervis Martinaj replies: "...he doesn't have lice..."

And then Behar Bajri continues to write to him saying that: "...it's up to these who**a, they are not all connected together. Now some of my friends from Shijak ran away, and they told me. Because horseradish, Ervini and Juli in Shijak, now that Shijaks have left me and they told me by chance..."

But Martinaj asks Behar if Ervin Mata is staying at Juli's house.

And Behari tells him that: "...I don't know, but they told me that Juli kept it and they work hard. I spoke with Juli one night on the phone from the lawyer and he said he would come to see me...".

Martinaj says:  "... Juli? I don't believe there! Julin maje pawn, give 5 million and keep it in my name. Or let me keep it, manage it yourself...I don't care if it's a pawn, the money was taken from me. He killed me, what do I earn...how many goods are there on the streets...".

But Behari retorts by saying: "... I will find Juli, friend. Oh brother, I'll do it for you, whatever you want...but do you want me to kill that bitch...".

Martinaj: " ...no, no, I'm not interested, you shave the money, yes... take Juli's job. Do you know that we rhyme together?".

And Behari replied by writing that: "...we will think about it, I don't know, because I haven't met him. If I write to you later that I'm going to meet Tom, I'll be in your city and we'll discuss. We are talking when we meet together...".

Martinaj:  "...I say, for Toma, approach...that the game will get very hot...".

Behar Bajri is of the same opinion, who tells Martinaj that: "...we need Tom, because the game is heating up and, God willing, our plans will work... Yes, the game is like this, and 3 or 4 people were killed here where I live and Dori and the other Bardhoku should have been killed before the voting..."

Martinaj:  "...Dori is difficult, Bardhoku is easy..."

Further, at the end of October 2020, Behar Bajri informs Ervis Martinaj that he was informed by an employee of the Republic Guard that Marviol Bilo had received from there a super bulletproof vest with steel plates, suspecting that the opposing wing of Ervis Martinaj was preparing to make a shot.

At this time, the three parties, such as Ervis Martinaj, Marviol Bilo and Ervin Mata, were involved in court proceedings in the Court of Tirana, due to the serious incident that occurred in the former Block on October 4, 2018 in Tirana, where Fabian was killed Gaxha and Ervis Martinaj and Eljo Hato were injured.

Although things seemed to have cleared up and the parties had settled down, both opposing camps prepared and took measures for their physical safety and family preservation.

Because of this situation, according to Behar Bajri, the family of Marviol Bilos was taken into effective custody by the Guard of the Republic.

The latter writes to him again, saying: "...who are these friends, damn you."

But Behari tells him that: "...that soldier was supplied to you for action, because he got a bulletproof vest with steel plates that resists strong weapons...".

Ervis Martinaj replies that: "...I'm only dealing with that work these days, because I have to work hard, non-stop with these...".

Behari tells him: "...you know, you have me ready to take a shower, but not with the rusty ones like that night...".
