The Tirana court says that Edmond Gashi ran away unaccompanied by any state police officer.

"Thus, on 27.06.2024, for his appearance and participation in the hearing set for "Communication of the measure of personal security determined in absentia by the Court", pursuant to Article 248 of the Penal Code, the person under investigation Edmond Gashi should be accompanied by state police officers, who, in accordance with the court's decision and in reference to Article 237 of the Penal Code, must follow and strictly implement the court's decisions , as well as the applicability of security measures.
