New details from last night's event (September 22) in Vaun e Dejës in Shkodër, where a powerful tritol explosion was heard in the village of Bushat, targeting one of the apartments.

A masked person threw the bomb package at the entrance of the facility and ran away, as he still remains unidentified, while the local police are following the investigation for his capture and the investigation of the event in several tracks.

The owner of the apartment in the village of Bushat has declared that "he has no conflicts with anyone and that he does not suspect anyone of this act". Fortunately, there were no injuries, only material damage. Preliminary investigators believe that an amount of at least 200 grams of tritol (TNT) was used, with motives still unclear.

Filip Dodaj said that he saw from the security cameras that "a masked person, who was alone, put the tritol on the door of the house, and then left on foot".

"I don't know what to say, the cameras show a masked person, he came from the north and ran away from that direction again. It was only on foot. I haven't had any problems with anyone. I have no doubt about any man. I am a worker, I work for a company. I live with my father and wife, the children are outside," the 62-year-old told TCH.

And his neighbor, Tonin Dodaj, said that at the time of the explosion he was inside the apartment and immediately came out shocked. "At first I thought it was a gas canister. It was a very powerful explosion," Dodaj said.

"It was 20:10 when we heard the explosion. It was very powerful. When he went out, I saw that he was at the neighbor's house. We said it was not a gas cylinder. We are neighbors, I went out with the old man and his bride. Philip was not at home. I heard no movement before the explosion. "Filipi has had no problems with anyone," said the neighbor.

The police are investigating several tracks, such as conflicts with weak motives, those of ownership, revenge or other problems of the owner's sons, as all hypotheses are possible. The event is regarded as a warning message to the owner of the apartment.
