While the journalist Aida Topalli said that a suspected case of being ambushed by a woman is that of the murder of Hekuran Billa.

"There was talk of a girl in the case of the murder of Hekuran Billa in the Paris Municipality, at that time the police investigations had created the belief that this had led to the ambush", she said.
