In today's session at the Special Appeal Board, it was decided by the special body to return to duty the judge of GJKKO, Bib Ndreca.

Ndreca was fired during the vetting process by the Independent Qualification Commission.

His dismissal from the KPK was completed on January 18, 2021, but then Ndreca appealed this decision to the KPA.

Ndreca was the judge of the famous file "339", where he signed the arrest of the Avdylaj group in Shijak.

After signing the arrests, Ndreca was taken under special protection by the police.
