A 40-year-old man passed away in the intensive care unit of Korça Hospital this morning.

It is learned that 40-year-old L.Meçollari was found yesterday on the street and was taken to the emergency room to receive medical assistance. According to information, he was in a drunken state after using alcohol and narcotics. This morning his health condition deteriorated and he passed away.

We recall that a month ago, the 40-year-old attempted to end his life by jumping from the balcony of his house.

This suicide attempt was made in front of his children and wife. The victim is reported to have no signs of violence and it is suspected that the cause of death was alcohol and narcotics.
