An 18-year-old Albanian died in Italy after being involved in an accident. Admir Hoti was driving the vehicle, and on the passenger's side was his father, who fortunately escaped. The young man is originally from Kosovo and lived in Concordia Sagittaria, Italian media reports.

It is suspected that the wet ground caused the vehicle to lose control. The young man was rushed to the Angelo Hospital in Mestre to undergo an operation, but he did not survive.


Everything happened around 20:00 in the evening of May 10, on the extension of the Mattei ring that leads from the viaduct of the Alpini roundabout to Noiari. Two cars were involved in the collision. Hoti's vehicle, Fiat Grande Punto which was moving from San Stino towards Portogruaro, went through the roundabout, but the driver lost control.

Rescue teams arrived at the scene with three ambulances, fire engines and two carabinieri patrols./Taken from Primavenezia
