Florjan Vuka, alias Vathaj, has been extradited from Greece to Albania, after being declared wanted by SPAK as part of an investigation into international drug trafficking.

According to the Special Prosecution's file, Vuka is suspected of being part of the criminal group led by Jetmir Pepa, which is believed to have operated in several countries and trafficked large amounts of cocaine from Latin America to Europe.

SPAK investigations have identified at least eight trafficking episodes during the years 2019-2021, while in total the group is suspected of having trafficked around 7.5 tons of cocaine.

After extradition and arrival in Albania, Vuka is expected to appear before the Special Court, which will review the security measure against him.
