The Tirana police escorted and fined the citizen, who was filmed dragging a dog with his vehicle. Fortunately the dog is in good condition.

Tirana Police announced today that, "Traffic Police Station and Police Station No. 6, during field patrols, found the citizen Sh. I., pulling a pet (dog) by car. Citizen Sh. I., was prosecuted in a free state for the criminal offense "Animal abuse", and was fined 6,000 lek according to the Road Code, while the pet was handed over to the specialized services of the Municipality".

"The video of this case has also been published on social networks. The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana", the Police announced.
