The police mega-operation codenamed " Tempulli " continues, for the attack on the criminal activity of distributing narcotics near schools.

Official sources informed that citizen Julian Hoxha ended up behind bars .

Police notification:

As a result of the patrols around every school in the district, to guarantee the implementation of the Security Package in these premises, as well as with the support of police intelligence, another case of distribution of narcotics near the schools was identified and dealt with.

Collaborators for selling doses of cannabis sativa, near a gymnasium, handcuffed 2 citizens. One of the arrested, 15 years old, prosecuted several times before, in a free state, due to his age, for the same criminal activity. The narcotic substance cannabis sativa is seized, in doses and quantities.

As a result of patrols with additional services, in the vicinity of every school in the territory of the district, in order to fulfill the main objectives, the implementation of the Package for Security in schools and the prevention of the penetration of crimes, in these premises, the specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the DVP Fier, the services of the special operational forces and "Shqiponja" and the services of the Fier Police Station, following the police mega-operation coded "Tempulli", hit another case of the distribution of narcotics, near these premises. The Police Services handcuffed citizen JH, 18 years old, and a 15-year-old, both residents of Fier. These citizens were caught in the act, with several doses of cannabis, during the attempt to sell them, near a gymnasium in the city of Fier.

Following the procedural actions for this case, during the inspection of the residences of these citizens, the Police found and seized 3 bags of narcotic cannabis sativa (in the form of a bottle) weighing 830 grams. These citizens had prepared and distributed the narcotic substance, in doses, with the aim of selling it near the schools. Cannabis bags and doses were seized as material evidence. The verifications showed that the 15-year-old was previously used to carry out this criminal activity, by the EM citizen, 26 years old, resident in Fier, arrested on 19.08.2023, for the criminal offenses "Production and sale of narcotics" and "Departure of the prisoner from the place of stay".

In cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, the investigations continue for the identification and capture of other citizens implicated in this criminal activity. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Fier General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
