Yesterday, regarding SPAK's investigations into sterilization concessions, Rama said that all the people who have abused will face justice and this does not in any way affect the tangible success of this initiative.
"Let no one go unpunished if he cheats the state and the Albanian people, extracting illegal personal benefits while performing his duties in the work for the common goal. I wanted to come more to take advantage of this moment as there has been a lot of confusion due to the investigation of the procedure of the respective company between the great benefit behind the system and whatever certain individuals may have done behind their backs we say, that is their issue with justice.'- said Rama.
In her post on Facebook, the Minister of Health, Ogerta Manasterliu wrote yesterday that the Minister of Health distanced herself from the sterilization affair and those who had abused it.
"SPAK's investigation into possible abuses in the construction process of this Public Private Partnership does not in any way affect the tangible success of this major initiative of the Albanian government for the Renaissance of Health, but ensures that no one remains unpunished if cheats the state and the Albanian people, extracting illegal personal benefits while performing their duties in the work for the common goal," wrote Manastirliu.
But as it can be seen in the photo below, Manastirliu regretted it and a few minutes later changed her post by deleting the entire second paragraph about SPAK's investigation.

Unlike Minister Manastirliu, Prime Minister Rama has not changed his post where he talks about SPAK's investigations regarding the sterilization concession.

We remind you that the sterilization concession led to the imprisonment of former Minister of Health Klodian Rjepaj and businessman Ilir Rrapaj.
The former deputy minister will face justice with the charges of "falsification of documents" and "misuse of office", while businessman Ilir Rrapaj for "fraud with serious consequences".
