In the first part of the podcast "Të Pashoq" on the "Pamfleti" YouTube channel, former Senior Director of the State Police, Shemsi Prençi, provided details on the cyberattack that occurred at SPAK.

According to Prençi, the hacking was actually done from the outside, but it happened with the cooperation of someone else from the inside. Prençi added, among other things, that a former senior state official has been declared wanted, while emphasizing that a former Secretary General has fled Albania.

"We must accept that the hacking was done from the outside. Is there someone from the inside? I personally say that someone must have left a window open, so there is collaboration. Why do I say there is collaboration? The fact that SPAK has not made anything public so far. Not even the state police have given details about why those two people were arrested. When they were arrested, they did not tell the police at all what the reason was and what the criminal case was. Even a high-ranking state official is wanted. A former very high-ranking state official is wanted. But some former very, very high-ranking state officials do not feel at all and as far as I know, a former Secretary General has left Albania. Another former Secretary who is still a secretary does not feel at all, does not say so and has not spoken out. Or the party has not given him permission to speak out. This shows that the army of those who have lost hope of having faith in the government and the SP, are committed and united to start the war and the great clash between the two camps in the SP", said Prenç.

Prençi further emphasized that this attack on SPAK was a message that was aimed at two different groups, SPAK prosecutors and the government. He said that the hacking was done to blackmail SPAK and to pressure the government to show them that we are still here and have the ability to hit them.

"On the other hand, you and I must agree that according to the information, the hacking was done for two purposes: 1. to put pressure and blackmail on SPAK Prosecutors and to put pressure on politics and the government. To send a message that we are not dead, we have simply moved away from you a little and we have an army, experts and former officials who have an army with us. I have proven that not all SPAK prosecutors respect the Constitution. Some of them, if given free rein, will spill the files to the Municipality. That is why I say that there are Prosecutors or officers of the BKH who have collaborated with them to hack them. SPAK is to be congratulated, which at the moment it received the notification, or when they tried to access Duman's computer, made it possible to follow the trail and then arrested the two hackers," he concluded.
