SPAK starts investigations into Pashk Rrap, seizes concrete company Alessio 2014

The Special Prosecutor's Office has ordered the seizure of the property of Anton Gjinaj, alias Pashk Rrapi.

According to SPAK, Gjinaj's assets are suspected to be the result of his criminal activity that he has developed in Albania and Spain.

The Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime in Tirana has registered property proceedings no. 7, dated 26.05.2021, in charge of citizen Anton (Pashuk) GJINAJ (Gjini), son of Ndue and Prendë, born on 08.04.1966 , born in Puka and resident in Tirana.

Nga aktet e administruara rezulton se me vendimin Nr.9 të vitit 2010, të Gjykatës Provinciale të Alicante,me seli në Elce, Spanjë është deklaruar fajtor i pandehuri Pashuk Gjini dhe është dënuar me 8 vjet e 9 muaj burgim për vepren penale të trafikimit të lëndëve narkotike në kuadër të grupit të strukturuar kriminal. Nga verifikimet e kryera nga ana e policisë gjyqësore në Drejtorinë e Përgjithëshme të Policisë së Shtetit rezulton se shtetasi Pashuk Gjini me datë 17.02.2011, ka bërë ndërrimin e emrit nga “Pashuk Gjini” në “Anton Gjinaj”.

Nga analiza e fakteve dhe e dokumentacionit të administruar përsa i përket pasurive të shtetasit Anton (Pashuk) GJINAJ (Gjini) dhe familjarëve të tij, rezulton se kanë një nivel të pajustifikuar ekonomik dhe dyshohet se këto pasuri të paluajtshme apo të luajtshme, t’i kenë fituar si rezultat i veprimtarisë së tij kriminale që ai ka zhvilluar në Shqipëri dhe Spanjë.

Nga ana e Prokurorisë së Posaçme Kundër Korrupsinit dhe Krimit të Organizuar bazuar në nenet 3-7, 11, 12, 14 dhe 15  ligjit nr.10192, datë 03.12.2009 “Për parandalimin dhe goditjen e krimit të organizuar, trafikimit dhe korrupsionit nëpërmjet masave parandaluese kundër pasurisë” (i ndryshuar) është paraqitur kërkesë për sekuestrimin e pasurive të shtëtsit Anton (Pashuk) GJINAJ (Gjini).

Nga ana e Gjykatës së Posaçme për Korrupsionin dhe Krimin e Organizuar  me vendimin nr.22 datë 27.07.2022, është vendosur :

Pranimin e kërkesëssë Prokurorisë së Posaçme Kundër Korrupsionit dhe Krimit të Organizuar.

II.Sekuestrimin e pasurive të subjektit nën hetim pasuror Anton (Pashuk) Gjinaj (Gjini), si dhe të personave të lidhur si më poshtë:
