SPAK requests that Nuredin Dumani testify in the trial against Erion Alibej
Murder in Elbasan and Erion Alibej

The Special Prosecution against Organized Crime and Corruption has requested 25 witnesses for the trial of Erion Alibej, accused of the murder of Emiliano Ramazan on July 20, 2020.

SPAK has also asked to question Nuredin Dumani, the penitent of justice who revealed details from the organized criminal groups of a decade from 2011 to 2022.

Dumani revealed that he was the organizer of the Ramadan murder, Erion Alibej was the financier of the Ramadan murder, the executor Skerdi Tasi and the execution assistants were Henrik Hoxhaj, Xhuljano Hoxha and Euglen Halili.

"The state fabricated evidence while the process is rigged. There are 4 justice witnesses and they say different versions," Alibej's lawyer said.

According to the investigative file, police officer Leonard Palushi, commissioned by Erion Alibej, did everything to disrupt the investigation, while as an alibi he had the fact that he was not at work.

In 2020 Leonard Palushi was effective of the Elbasan District Police Directorate where he exercised the duty of Head of Sector for Crime Investigation.

The file states that at Palushi's request, his annual leave was changed, from July 16-31, 2020, when it was planned for August 1-15, 2020. Meanwhile, the murder of Emiliano Ramazani took place on July 20, 2020.
