SPAK communicates the indictment to Gentian Gjyli, head of ARRSH

Gjyli is being investigated over the procedures followed in road tenders, during the time when he was number 2 of the ARRSH and director Evis Berberi, under investigation by SPAK under the security measure of 'prison arrest'.

Gentian Gjyli was appointed director of the ARRSH on March 28, 2024, a week after the arrest by SPAK of the former director, Evis Berberi, a close associate of Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku.

Gjyli was an internal appointment within the ranks of the ARA. He previously held the position of Head of the Projects Sector and most recently that of Deputy Director General of the ARA.
