SPAK is expected to reopen the competition for other candidacies, who will be subject to several procedures.

The reappointment process will be carried out in 7 stages: logical reasoning test, medical examination, physical test, written essay, interview, and then background check, asset declaration, and polygraph test.

The Selection Committee, composed of the head of SPAK Altin Dumani, Behar Dibra and Arben Kraja, after verifying and assessing whether the candidates meet the criteria, then decides whether or not to proceed with the recommendation for the reappointment procedure to the High Prosecutorial Council.

Aida Hajnaj has been leading the National Bureau of Investigation for 5 years. Failure to submit documentation closes the further procedure for her reappointment.
