At the request of the Special Prosecutor's Office, Henrik Hoxhajt, who confessed his versions of several murders that took place in the country, is stripped of his associate justice status.

According to the Prosecutor of the case, Hoxha's statements contradicted and were not the same as those of Nuredin Duman.

In April of last year, Henrik Hoxhaj received the status of collaborator by showing some events for which he himself participated with Nuredin Duman.

But from the analysis of the facts, some of his attitudes, shown about some assassinations carried out in collaboration with Duman, do not correspond to those of the latter.

Recently, Skerdi Tase volunteered as an accomplice, confessing both assassinations, the one ordered by Albert Pashaj to kill Aredin Behar, as well as the assassination of Lulzim Masha, the administrator of a private school in Tirana.

Henrik Hoxhaj is known as Niredin Duman's right-hand man, where in collaboration with each other and other people, he committed several murders, the most serious of which were the brothers Besmir and Viktor Haxhia, as well as Dorian Shkoza Anxhelo Avdiaj.
