Muslim believers around the world begin the holy month of Ramadan today. For 30 days, they fast, one of the 5 conditions of Islam.

The first day of Ramadan is March 11, while the last day is April 9. Meanwhile, Eid al-Fitr is celebrated on April 10.

With the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan, there was no lack of greetings for Muslim believers. The President of the Muslim Community of Albania, Bujar Spahiu, has congratulated all Albanians inside and outside the country for more peace and prosperity in this month of worship. Spahiu said that prayers go out to achieve peace in Ukraine and the Gaza Strip as soon as possible.

"We ask God to enable us to be forgiven at the end of this month, to grant us peace and prosperity, to achieve peace between the parties in Gaza, Ukraine and in every country where there are conflicts and the people who find the well-deserved peace and have a prosperous Ramadan", says Spahiu.
