"Sky" reveals the brutal beating of Judge Saida Dollani's husband, Shullazi organized it from prison with Martinaj and Ndoka

One of the serious events revealed by this SPAK operation is the brutal beating of the husband of the judge of the Appeal for Serious Crimes, Saida Dollani.

This judge continues to exercise her duties in the Special Court of Appeal, while her husband has passed away.

As reported by Elton Qyno in 2019, even in the SKY conversations cleared by SPAK, it turned out that the organizer of the brutal beating and then putting the pistol in the mouth of the husband of judge Saida Dollani, is Emiljano Shullazi.

The police at that time arrested a person, but very soon he was released and then the case for the charge of "Threatening the judge" and beating Saida Dollani's husband was suspended by the prosecutor's office in Tirana, due to the absence of the perpetrator.

Although in the first reports and suspicions created the strong belief that everything was done from inside the prison in order for Saida Dollani to resign from the criminal process against Shullazi, Gilmando Dan, and 4 other people that was being developed in the Court of Appeal for Crime heavy.

According to the criminal file already finalized by SPAK with 50 people arrested, the main people who made possible the brutal beating of Saida Dollani's husband are Emiljano Shullazit, former deputy of SP Arben Ndoka and Ervis Martinaj.

The husband of the judge, Saida Dollani, reported that he was threatened with a pistol in April last year, while the woman was part of the judicial team of Emiljano Shullazi and his group.

"...at one point I went out to smoke a cigarette from a bar where I was with a friend of mine. At that moment, my wife passed by with a friend and her daughter, while a few minutes later a young man around 20-22 years old came. He came directly with a pistol in his hand, knocked me to the ground and pointed the pistol at my mouth and addressed him with the words 'you and your wife, don't forget that you have two children in France'. The threat happened because of my wife's function as a judge in the Court of Appeal for Serious Crimes...", said the judge's husband, among other things.

Saida Dollani left Shullazi's judicial process, while the Tirana Prosecutor's Office launched investigations into the case of the threat.

But 10 months later, prosecutor Ida Ahmetlli asked for the suspension of the investigation, while the court opposed it by returning it for the continuation of the investigation.

Again, the case could not be resolved leading to its suspension.

Shullazi's process stalled in Appeal, where Shullazi and his group appealed the decision of the first instance. Their sentence in the Appeal was given without the presence of defense lawyers, while the case is already in the Supreme Court.

Emiljano Shullazi was sentenced by the First Degree of Serious Crimes and on appeal to 14 years in prison, while the group in total to 55 years for creating a group of criminal structures, fines and threats due to duty.

Emiljano Shullazi, Gilmando Dani, Blerim Shullazi, Endri Zela and Endri Qyqja were part of this group./Ora News
