"The only politician announced as wanted is Arben Ndoka, former MP of the SP. He had launched a campaign for the execution of the suspects for his brother's murder. In this context, it is suspected that he was also helped by senior police officers.

In the announcement published by the Special Prosecutor's Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime, it is reported that Martinaj collaborated with former MP Arben Ndoka for the murder of Bami.

According to SPAK, Martinaj and Ndoka have recruited hitmen who operate mainly in the area of ​​Fushë-Kruja and in the area of ​​Burrel.

Also, it should be noted that Emiljano Shullazi and Aldo Avdylaj, even though they were in custody, helped Ervis Martinaj and Arben Ndokë in the realization of the criminal goal, which was the murder of Durim Bami.

Shullazi contacted the investigator TB, whom he asked to be Bami's executor and also provided details of his movements, information that he passed on to Ndoka.
