New details from the operation "Tempulli 3", undertaken on May 2, 2024 by Antidrug of Tirana.

It explains how the scheme worked, from the moment when the order was received in a residence in Laprakë which functioned as a " Call Center " until the delivery of the doses by taxi to the destination. 

Three people worked as operators in a room in Laprakë where they received orders through a mobile phone number. Similar to the call center and the line was open 24 hours.

After the order, the goods arrived at the customer through taxi drivers, who used them not only to transport passengers, but also drugs.

Among those arrested are at least 3 taxi drivers, and while the orders were made through the mobile number, the members of the group communicated with each other through the Signal application.

The goods were kept in rented houses, which were taken by the members of the group, so far 25 people have been arrested and 10 others were declared wanted as part of the "Temple 3" operation in Tirana.

At the head of the group is suspected to be Enea Sulejmani, the chairman of the Intercity Transport Association, arrested on the evening of March 21, 2024, after attempting to escape from the Anti-Drug agents by trying to run them over with a car on "Rrugën e Kavaja" in Tirana after the car was with 1 kilogram of cocaine.

"During the operation, the following were seized as material evidence: 3.5 kg of suspected narcotic substance cocaine, 50 doses of suspected narcotic substance heroin, 100 doses of suspected narcotic substance cannabis, 27 mobile phones of different brands and 5 vehicles of different brands ", Tirana police director Tonin Vocaj said yesterday in a press conference.
