A complaint to the media by a citizen regarding the delays and irresponsibility created by the airline Wizz Air, which will depart 12 hours late, terrorizing the citizens that the plane has a defect.

The passengers of the Catania-Tirana route were faced with a situation of fear and anxiety, while they had to wait in vain, until the announcement to depart came, exactly 12 hours late.

" Wiz Air sucks passengers. Today the black fate fell to those on the Catania-Tirana route. They were supposed to leave at 9 in the morning and arrive at 10:20. But as soon as they got on the plane, they got off, terrorizing them that the plane is broken.

After that, no information until they received the news that they would leave on the 21st, i.e. 12 hours late. It wasn't meant to be true. It was just read on the screen that maybe they will leave for Tirana at 11:30 p.m. So at midnight.

Most of them are school students and elderly people. No one explains anything. Dozens and dozens of Albanians stay at the airport without any explanation, apology or human communication. Shame is too little to say" , is the citizen's denunciation.

The plane was supposed to leave at 09:00 in the morning and arrive at the destination at 10:20, as planned. But a situation that is not known how true it is, changed the entire course of the planned flight.

The plane's employees have given the alarm that there is a defect, so they had to land immediately. During this time, there was no information for travelers on how to proceed, leaving them waiting for a long time. The trip will take place at midnight, while most are school students and elderly people.
