The court hearing in the case of Fatime Kryemadhi, Ema Çoku and Pirro Xhixho has been postponed.

The reason is the absence of Ema Çoku's lawyers. Çoku's lawyers have informed the court that they are unable to participate in this court session due to other processes. At this session, SPAK will report its final conclusions.

Fatime Kryemadhi was not present in the courtroom, she is represented by her lawyers. Pirro Xhixho is also not present but is represented by lawyers. Only the defendant Ema Çoku is present in the courtroom.

SPAK hearing cannot take place because Ema Çoku is without a defense attorney. The court set June 8 at 12:00 for the next hearing.
