The first hearing of the initial hearing in the murder case of Liridona Ademaj has been postponed to January 31st.
The reason was that the lawyers of the two defendants, Kushtrim Kokalle and Tom Dodajt, said they had not received the case files due to e-mail problems.
All four defendants appeared before the trial panel: Naim Murseli, Liridona's ex-husband, Kushtrim Kokalla, Naim's first cousin, Granit Plava, who fired the gun, and Tomë Dodaj, who sold the gun used to commit the murder to Naim.
The accused were asked about general information and their personal details.
When asked about his marital status and whether he was divorced, Murseli responded by saying "my wife was murdered."
Naimi, Kushtrimi and Graniti are accused of "aggravated murder" while Tom Dodaj is accused of "weapons trafficking".
