Lawyer Genc Gjokutaj has announced that the hearing for Sali Berisha and Arbë Malltezi has been postponed to 15:30.

He said that they made a preliminary request for the dismissal of judge Irena Gjoka, filed the request and continued with the search for lawyers, i.e. reducing the power of the security measure.

"We made a request for the dismissal of Irena Gjoka, the hearing was interrupted to consider the request. We elaborated in the request what we are asking for. Gjoka has a duty to give up, but she did not. The court did not explain the decision, this is the argument why we demand the exclusion of Irena Gjoka", said Gjokutaj.

The lawyer emphasized that Irena Gjoka is forced to resign, thus recalling the year 1996 when Berisha, in the capacity of the President of the Republic and chairman of the Supreme Council of Justice, dismissed her from office.
