The preliminary hearing of "Sterilization" is postponed to September 12, due to the lack of a lawyer.
For the first time in the room, the former minister of health, arrested for the investigations being carried out for SASPAC, said that the acts brought to the trial contain untruths.
The former minister asked to make a statement about the procedural acts related to the other investigation, but the court stopped it, since no more action could be taken in this session due to the lack of defense for one of the defendants.
The unjustified absence of a defense attorney was the reason for the suspension of the acts of detention for all the defendants.
This is the fourth time that the preliminary hearing on the "Sterilization" issue has been postponed.
