"Rinascente" shopping center

A 25-year-old Albanian woman was arrested on Saturday afternoon, January 11, in Milan after attempting to steal goods worth 7 thousand euros at the "Rinascente" shopping center, which is located near the Duomo, on Santa Radegonda Street.

The alarm was raised shortly before 5:00 p.m., when the security guard caught the young woman attempting to leave the structure with clothing and bags that she had not paid for.

After the discovery, the young woman did not object and pleaded guilty.

The police announced the suspect under arrest on charges of theft, while the 25-year-old does not appear to have any previous criminal record.
