Ion Daci, used by gangs to encourage youth fraud, tells her 239,700 followers how to "open fake bank accounts, buy passports, IDs and licences".

The releases come as Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and French President Emmanuel Macron work to fine-tune their deal to crack down on illegal migrant crossings across the Channel.

But an Albanian source said: "Gangs are always one step ahead. The fake passport business is booming. They are exact replicas of the real thing. They allow migrants to avoid the danger of crossing and the misery of camps in the UK."

Sources say illegal immigrants avoid London airports. This is because border controls are stricter there. So they choose smaller centers like Glasgow, Birmingham and Manchester. Our investigator reached out to the traffickers on WhatsApp and they told us:

"Passport plus ID plus license costs 3,000 Euros (£2,618)". We were told to pay a deposit in Tirana, "when we receive your biometric characteristics and fingerprints".

Asked if forgeries had already been successfully used to enter Britain, they replied: "Yes, mostly with a Bulgarian passport."
