A small amount of explosive material exploded in the door of a bar on 'Rrugë e Durrës', in Tirana.

The incident reportedly occurred in the early hours of this morning (03:45) at Arbër Sinani's bar. 

Fortunately, there are no reports of injured people, but only material damage.

The owner of the bar, Arbër Sinani, has stated to the police that he does not know who the perpetrators may be who placed the amount of TNT in his business.

According to him, he has no conflicts with other people. He does not have a criminal record in Albania.

Arbër Sinani has been living in Germany for some time, where it is suspected that he may have been involved in illegal narcotics activity. It is suspected that he may have had conflicts with other people in connection with drug conflicts.

Two security cameras in the bar are not equipped with DVRs, which makes it difficult for investigators to identify the suspected actors.

Meanwhile, cameras from other surrounding businesses have been seized to assist the investigative team.

The Blues continue investigations to identify and capture the perpetrator(s).
