WEATHER TODAY/ High temperatures continue in the country

The penetration of hot air masses from Africa towards the Balkan region continues, bringing clear weather and high temperatures to our country.

Occasional light and temporary cloudiness is expected in the northeastern and southeastern areas of Albania. The afternoon and night are expected to remain clear and hot throughout the country.

Air temperatures will increase in both daily extreme values, fluctuating from 9°C, the lowest value in the Northeast of the country, to 39°C, the maximum value expected in the Elbasan region.

The wind will blow light to medium with a maximum speed of over 35 km/h from a mainly northern direction, creating 2-face waves on the sea coasts.
