A 22-year-old Albanian with illegal residence in Italy has been arrested in Piacenza for drug trafficking, after distributing cocaine to customers "door to door" in the municipalities of Gossolengo and Podenzano.
He used a rented Fiat Panda and hid the drugs inside metal cans with different scents.
Police, after a several-day surveillance, intervened on Saturday morning and caught the Albanian with 26 grams of cocaine divided into 43 doses, as well as cash. An Italian citizen who had purchased two doses was also arrested.
After a quick trial, the Albanian's residence permit was revoked and he was immediately deported from Italy, returning to Tirana via Malpensa Airport.
