Complainant: They took me on the phone and told me that "you are our client and you are our favorite and 7 people have won in Shkodër, one of them is you. Get an Aloe Vera cream and a cream is for pain. Once you put the cream on, it's a miracle worker. And I got it right away. I put it on the sole of my foot, it was lucky that I didn't apply it on my back because I have terrible back pain, but I said to apply these once and then I'm applying it there. As soon as I put it on, I started having itching. I almost lost my mind.

Journalist: You specifically decided on this cream?

Complainant: This cream and I got up immediately in cold water and entered the shower with clothes on. He started from the tip of my hair to my toe as if he was stabbing me with needles. The cold shower calmed me down. I immediately sat down and took incidal and drank 2 pills.

The lady called the number of the company that the previous caller introduced herself to. But in fact, representatives of that company have stated that they have never had such products for sale.

Complainant: The next day I call them on the number they contacted me. They didn't answer. The next day I get X company because they introduced themselves to it and I tell you "they called me and brought me 2 products." He told me: We do not have Aloe Vera cream and this other one at all and we have never had them.

Reporter: So was someone abusing their name?

Complainant: Yes.
