A 55-year-old man has been arrested by the Police in Lezha, after allegedly sexually harassing his minor daughter.

Through a statement, the Police announced that the incident is suspected to have occurred in the apartment. 

Meanwhile, the materials were referred to the Lezha Prosecutor's Office for further procedural actions.

Announcement:

Specialists from the Crime Investigation Section of the Lezha Police Commissariat arrested citizen BB, 55 years old, resident of the "Gurra" neighborhood, Lezha, in flagrante delicto.

The 55-year-old is suspected of sexually assaulting his 14-year-old minor daughter in the apartment.

The procedural materials were referred to the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Lezha, for further procedural actions.
