The waiter who was raped by the former head of Vlora's Traffic Department, Ardian Isufi, in a hotel in the Skela area has given his testimony to the media.

The young man, who had just turned 18, said that the conflict started over a bottle of water, while he was simply performing his duty.

" Two gentlemen came and sat at the table, someone else took the order and simply told me what to bring, the order was a large bottle of water, a small one, and a macchiato."

He told me to turn off the water and I said ok, just don't swear and insult me, because the other guy did it unintentionally too. The two men, aged 40 and over, came and followed me to the counter. I told him to please don't touch me. The manager was there too.

He slapped me once and punched me twice.

For a water bottle, the other one hits me, in the face and neck. He also threw my glasses, good thing they didn't break them.
