The Special Court has immediately released one of those arrested as part of SPAK's anti-drug operation.

Citizen Ilir Lloshi was wrongly detained because his generalities and place of residence coincided.

He stated in court that he has no connection to the criminal world, and has never even left the country.

Confrontation with justice collaborator Erion Alibej, as well as verification of the photos, confirmed that it was not the same person suspected of being involved in international drug trafficking.

Meanwhile, the GJKKO confirmed the security measures of imprisonment for:

Artur Hoxhosmani, Klevis Hoxhosmani, Ermir Ndrejaj, Erjon Alibej, Plarent Dervishaj

The Hoxhosmani brothers are reported to have stated in the closed-door session that they were not users of SKY ECC, denying the accusations, as did Ndrejaj, who requested milder security measures until his position is clarified due to the fact that he suffers from a serious illness.

Plaurent Dervishaj is said to have left the courtroom to avoid waiting for the verdict after being warned by the court not to speak without permission.
