Quarrel in Vora / Criminal prosecution of Flamur Noka!

The Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, has been released on bail following the incident at a polling station in Vora.

Police say that the two citizens with whom Noka had a conflict, Xh. A., 29 years old, and MD, 33, have filed a report against him.

Police Announcement:

The Economic and Financial Crime Investigation Specialists at the Tirana DVP, after communicating with the Prosecutor, referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated against citizen F. N, serving as Secretary General of the Democratic Party, for the criminal offense of "Threat/rape against election participants".

The proceedings in a free state began after, based on reports from citizens Xh. A., 29 years old, and MD, 33 years old, this citizen today, in Vora, prevented and threatened them from exercising their right to vote.

The procedural materials will be referred to SPAK for further investigation.
