Luan Tollozhina, a militant of the Democratic Party in Pogradec, has been arrested after punching the commissioner of the Socialist Party, Enton Gega.

The incident occurred at the polling station, while the wife of the SP commissioner claimed that after the incident, Tollozhina's grandchildren went to her apartment and raped her son.

 The Korça Prosecutor's Office accuses Tollozhina of 'Threat or violence due to duty' and 'Injury due to duty'.

Under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Korça Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction and in cooperation with the Special Structures for the Investigation of Electoral Crimes, 63-year-old citizen LT was arrested for the criminal offenses of 'Threat or violence due to duty' and 'Injury due to duty' provided for by articles 329/2 and 237 of the Criminal Code.

The arrest was made after on 11.05.2025, at around 10:30, this citizen entered Voting Center No. 3901 in Pogradec and hit, causing physical injuries, citizen EG, 52 years old, a member of the commission of the Socialist Party political force at this voting center.

This citizen hit him because the chairwoman of the commission (daughter of citizen LT) had an argument with the commission member regarding the voting of people with disabilities, the elderly, etc.
