The poor health condition of Erjon Alibej has brought the failure for the second time of the judicial process against the defendants Euglen Halili and Xuliano Hoxha, who are accused by SPAK of murdering Emiljano Ramazan and Regis Runaj.

Alibej, called in this session as co-defendant and prosecution witness, had to testify against his two friends, whom he used to commit the two murders in Elbasan.

Alibej has filed in the special court, the request for his absence in court, as he had health concerns. Even in the first court session, Alibej refused to face his two friends, claiming that he would speak at a second time, as he had family problems.

Regis Runaj and Emiljano Ramazani were executed in the summer of 2020 and SPAK has arrested Erjon Alibej as financier, Nuredin Duman, Xuljano Hoxha, Euglen Halil, Skerdi Tasin and Henrik Hoxha for these two murders.

All these people acted as a criminal group by committing paid murders. First, Euglen Halili spoke about these two events, and then Nuredin Dumani and Henrik Hoxhaj.

While already repentant, Erjon Alibej also came out, who spoke on behalf of SPAK prosecutors, reports OraNews.
