When he hit Marjana with a whip, a person entered the store and he instinctively left the store. His knife and glasses fell during the fight with Marjana. He clarifies that he wanted to kill Marjana after he had an intimate relationship with her and when he got out of prison for the first time in 2021, he gave Marjana 80,000 euros to keep. After some time, Marjana informed him that her husband had found the money and that he returned only 2,300,000 new lek to Dani. Dani also claims that Marjana tried to poison him through food in prison while he was serving his sentence by trying to feed him through citizen Vladimir Kurti, who was a cellmate in prison. He claims that he heard Vladimir talking to Marjana on the phone from the prison cell and this was the starting point of the conflict with Vladimir. They have clashed from time to time and changed cells with each other. Dani has made several attempts to hit the citizen Vladimir Kurti in prison, but he has not been able to do it and has told Vladimir that when he gets out of prison "he will sacrifice one of his heads. The Tirana court imposed the measure of "imprisonment" for Dan Hutra, author of the murder of three women and the wounding of three others in the March 1 massacre. He appeared calm during the court session and showed no sign of remorse.

Dan Hutra: I did it all with full awareness. When I was convicted of domestic violence, they convicted me without any evidence, so I did it all. I accept it all and I have no regrets. I killed Etleva Kurti because his brother wanted to poison me in prison.

Dan Hutra insisted that he was accused of domestic violence without being guilty.
