The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, appeared this Monday at SPAK, in accordance with the security measure of mandatory appearance.

In a statement to the media, he read the message he said he left with the head of this institution, Altin Dumani.

"Altin Troplini, Poja e Skapit, his unconstitutional crime, the amnesty for electoral crime, constitutes an assassination attempt on the foundation of democratic order and pluralism and is a major factor in the installation of the narco-state or the state of the Troplini, Farruk, Hajri, whose servant Altin Troplini is. In his speech, Berisha again described judge Irena Gjoka as the personification of the narco-state.

"Today I will present before you all the protection that Edi Rama or Ramaduro of Tirana gives to the delinquent Irena Gjoka, who is the most authentic personification of the Albanian narco-state and the functioning of its legal system," said Berisha.
