On the 116th day of the protest against the government, activist Luçiana Koka said that SPAK has launched investigations into the resort planned to be built in the Rrjoll area.

She described this as a positive development, while emphasizing that the Special Prosecution Office will investigate the lack of money in the Shkodra municipality.

"Rrjolli has good news. SPAK will investigate the lack of money in the Shkodra Municipality's coffers. It is a resort that will be built on stolen land. These people also steal taxes. It is our victory that SPAK investigates unpaid taxes by a company in the Shkodra Municipality," said the activist.

According to her, this development of SPAK is a victory for the citizens' protest:

"This protest will list this as its victory. These are thieves and robbers. I know that we are not alone, there are many Albanians who do not find justice in this country, because in the main offices there are servants of the regime to steal on the backs of Albanians."
