This is what the 45-year-old from Selenica and Vlora, Taulant Malaj, the author of the macabre crime, where he stabbed his daughter, 16-year-old Jessica, injured his wife, Tefta, and also killed the Italian citizen Massimo, stated in his second testimony to Italian authorities. Desanties, with whom he suspected that his wife was cheating on him.

Taulant Malaj claims that he found the Italian at the door, when he realized that his wife was texting on her cell phone. First, he asked him, what will come to my doorstep. The Albanian was not convinced by the victim's answer, who justified himself by confusing the entrance, but hurried and took the knife in the kitchen, attacked him and shot him 20 times in the body and head.

Bloodied, as described by the local media, Taulant Malaj enters with a knife in hand, with the intention of killing the woman in the bedroom. Says she didn't realize when I fell, Jessica came to her mother's defense, and stabbed her several times.

"I didn't even realize it was her. Unfortunately, Jessica found herself at the wrong time," he says.

After finishing work with Jessica, Taulanti did not stop and wanted to finalize his mission to kill women. The two together ran from the room to the kitchen, where the 5-year-old boy was also. When he saw Tefta lying there and covered in blood, he thought he killed it completely.

Taulanti went outside, and came back inside filming the carnage. At this moment, he is looking for his son, whom the lawyers deny that he intended to kill him. At 01.52 on May 7, the call to 118 was made by Tefta Malaj. In the videos filmed by the author, Tefta appears telling him what you did, while he 'will kill you all, accusing him of treason.

Taulant Malaj told the investigators that he had spied on the meetings of the wife and the neighbor with the home cameras. According to him, it started a year ago when Tefta had a road accident with Massimo. One day, Malaj testifies, Massimo brought my wife to the bakery saying she was sick, another day he took her for a ride with Masserati, then they had lunch together, I called her and she didn't answer.

"The other day my wife and Jessica went to Termoli and their car turned off because the battery ran out and they called Massimo for help and not me," says Malaj. All this, according to him, raised the suspicion of treason, but Malay's investigators and lawyers have not yet officially confirmed this relationship, which is suspected to be the cause of the tragedy.

Mbrëmjen e së mërkurës Tefta Malaj është takuar me djalin 5 vjeçar për herë të parë pas ngjarjes. ‘Nga shtrati, të dy vrapuan në kuzhinë ku unë vazhdova të godas. Pas gjysmë ore dola nga shtëpia, pikërisht në hyrje të godinës dhe kuptova se çfarë kisha bërë. Menjëherë më pas do të kthehesha në realizimin e videos”.- tha ai.

Hetuesit italianë kanë rishkuar të gjithë kronologjinë e krimit të dyfishtë të kryer nga shqiptari Taulant Malaj dhe e kanë lënë atë në arrest me burg.
Në rindërtimin e dinamikës së ngjarjes është 24 orëshi mes 6 dhe 7 majit në godinën nr 32 në rrugën Palmiro Togliatti në Torremaggiore.

Bazuar në dëshminë e Taulant Malajt, të premten e 5 majit ishte grindur me gruan për fqinjin pasi e kishte parë të dilte me të. Të shtunën pasdite ka rrëfyer Malaj unë isha duke pirë kafe me miqtë kur telefonova gruan time dhe mësova se ajo ishte në një festë me fëmijët, por unë mendova se me Massimon. Mbrëmjen e të shtunës shkuam për të fjetur pasi kishim ngrënë darkë dhe një moment u ngrita pashë që ajo po bisedonte me fqinjin.

Foggia Today ka zbardhur dëshminë e plotë të Taulant Malaj ku në vijim thotë se: U ngrita, dola në shkallët sepse e dija se Massimo ishte gati të mbërrinte dhe në fakt ai u ndal në dyshemenë time në ashensor. E pyeta se çfarë po bënte me dyshemenë time dhe ai tha se ishte drejtuar në shtëpinë e gabuar, aty jemi grindur dhe i përsërita që nuk duhet të ketë lidhje me gruan time. Më erdhi djalli në kokë thotë shqiptari, dhe shkova të marr thikën duke e kapur italianin nëpër shkallë drejt shtëpisë së tij ku e goditi 20 herë.

Më pas u ngjita në shtëpi, hyra në dhomën e gjumit ku ishte gruaja, e godita dhe ndërkohë hyri Xhesika duke dashur të mbronte nënën e saj. unë godita edhe Xhesikën dhe e vrava.. As që e kuptova se ishte ajo. Fatkeqësisht, Xhesika e gjeti veten në kohën e gabuar. Nga shtrati, të dy vrapuan në kuzhinë ku unë vazhdova të godas. Pas gjysmë ore dola nga shtëpia, pikërisht në hyrje të godinës dhe kuptova se çfarë kisha bërë. Menjëherë më pas do të kthehesha në realizimin e videos”. 

Në 05.52 mbërrin telefonata në 118 nga Tefta Malaj, e cila me zë të dobët i pohon policisë se i shoqi i kishte goditur me thikë duke veçuar edhe vajza ime. Në videot e filmuara nga autori Tefta shfaqet duke i thënë çfarë ke bërë, ndërsa i shoqi thotë do tu vras të gjithëve duke e akuzuar për tradhti dhe thërret ku është djali.

Përveç videos së bërë nga autori pas krimit, hetuesit kanë administruar edhe tre video të tjera të krimit nga kamerat që ishin brenda apartamentit të shqiptarëve. Policia ka marrë dëshmitë vëllai dhe kunata e autorit, tre vëllezërit e Tefta Malaj, dy kolegë bukëpjekës me shqiptarin dhe tre fqinjë të tyre.

Taulant Malaj u tha hetuesve se kishte spiunuar me kamerat e shtëpisë takimet e gruas dhe fqinjit. Të dy kishin filluar të flisnin prej një viti kur Tefta kishte bërë një aksident rrugor me Massimon. Një ditë dëshmon Malaj, Massimo ma solli gruan tek furra duke thënë se ajo ishte e sëmurë, një ditë tjetër i bëri xhiro me Masserati, pastaj hanin dreka së bashku, e telefonoja dhe ajo nuk përgjigjej.
