Tirana Police reacted after a video posted on portals, for a conflict that occurred in the place called Kthesa e Kamzës where some people hit another who is lying down.

Police say that the services of the Police Commissariat no. 6 identified, escorted to the police stations and prosecuted the citizens: EM, 16 years old, IM, 42 years old, and A. Sh., 40 years old, all three residents in Tirana accused of the criminal offense "Intentional minor injury", committed in cooperation.

"In cooperation with each other, today, for weak motives, they clashed with the citizen GN, 17 years old, and then hit him with fists and strong objects", it is said in the police announcement.
