Only two drivers have passed out of a total of 73 who were re-sit for their theory test after getting zero points from traffic offences.

These were the first 75 cases referred by the State Police for the first 2 months from the entry into force of the act on the reintroduction of the driver's license theory test.

The remaining 73 drivers will have to re-attend the Driving School to re-prepare and re-take the test, each time within a 30-day period (with only 1 test opportunity).

Today, only two people passed the Driving License Recovery Test after losing points, theory and practice. This was the 4th session since the implementation of the new coercive provision with a return to the Driving School. This, for the first 2 months that this act is in force, from the first 75 cases referred by the State Police!

There is no escape other than re-education for those serious violators of the traffic rules who, with the new acts in force, must be registered all over again in the driving school and resubmit the theory-practice test! The 73 re-registered people will have to re-attend the Driving School lesson to re-prepare and re-present for the test, each time within a 30-day period (with only 1 test opportunity)!

Conclusion: respect the rules of the road because if you lose all the points, you will go back to the driving school and then under strict monitoring you will get your license back only if you do not make more than 3 mistakes in the 30-sentence questionnaire as well as if you pass on the practice test! This time, you can avoid the trouble and the cost by behaving correctly at the wheel and not endangering yourself and others on the road!
